Why Get an Appraisal?
If you’re selling a collectible, vintage, or rare item, knowing its true value is crucial. An independent, professional appraisal not only helps you understand the worth of your item but can also ensure you’re not leaving money on the table. One of our Internet Auction Consignment clients, for example, thought her original oil painting was worth $1,200. After we arranged an appraisal, it was discovered that the painting was valued at over $11,000! Imagine the loss if she had sold it for her initial asking price. Don’t make that mistake—get a professional opinion before offering your item to the world.
Special Services for Local Clients
For our clients in St. Augustine, Florida, we offer additional in-person services such as local pickup of your item(s), hard copy photos, and on-site photography for an extra fee. These services are priced on a case-by-case basis.
