Start by estimating how many pages your resume will be and select it from the drop-down menu on our site. Add any upgrades or hard copies to your cart. You can checkout securely through PayPal, which ensures fast, safe, and secure payment.
Like purchasing any product, you pay for our service upfront so we can start crafting your resume masterpiece. While we can’t guarantee a job offer, we promise to keep refining your resume until you are completely satisfied with the result.
Within 24 hours of your payment, we’ll email you a confirmation and the Resume Worksheet. Fill it out and return it to us via email (or fax/mail if necessary). Once we receive your completed worksheet, we’ll begin working on your resume. You’ll receive a draft within 4-5 business days. After you review and provide feedback, we’ll make any necessary revisions and deliver your final resume within 1-2 business days.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is something that wasn't addressed or executed to your satisfaction or in accordance with your expectations, please feel free to let us know during the initial draft stage of the project. We are happy to discuss your concerns and we welcome your suggestions. We will do our best to make any revisions necessary to provide you with the best representation possible. However, once we have delivered the final products we cannot offer refunds -- due to the laborious nature of our craft. That’s why the feedback stage of the initial draft process is of vital importance.
We include Lifetime Storage with all resume packages. When you need an update, simply contact us. Updates are billed at an hourly rate (typically $35-$45/hour) for revising and resending your resume in all three formats.
No problem! With our Lifetime Storage service, your files remain accessible for up to 6 months at no charge. After that, you can request them for a service fee of $29.
Our office is located in St. Augustine, Florida. But we are not limited to servicing local clients! We can take care of you no matter where you are in the world.
In order to provide the most cost-effective solutions for our clients, we communicate and deliver your order from a remote service location via telephone/email/text/snail mail. Not only are these methods very practical, convenient, and modern, but they also allow us to reach out to as many clients as possible, wherever they are in the world.
